ChartHustle collects only the information needed to run accounts, community features, archives, merch, analytics, and supporter tools. We do not log into your brokerage account or store your trading credentials because that is not part of this product.

/ 01 · WHAT WE COLLECT

Account, usage, and order data.

  • Account details such as email, display name, and authentication metadata
  • Usage data such as page visits, feature usage, and performance logs
  • Chat and community interactions that occur on or through ChartHustle surfaces
  • Merch and supporter transaction information provided through checkout flows
/ 02 · WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

No brokerage credentials.

ChartHustle does not require your brokerage username, password, API keys, or prop-firm credentials to watch the public show or to use supporter tools. If you place trades on your own after watching the show, that remains between you and your broker.

/ 03 · HOW WE USE DATA

To run the product and improve it.

  • Authenticate accounts and manage supporter access
  • Operate chat, archives, replay, autopsy, and coach features
  • Process merch and supporter transactions through payment providers
  • Measure performance, debug failures, and improve reliability
  • Maintain trade archives, journals, and public product history
/ 04 · COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

The site uses client-side storage.

We use cookies or local storage for authentication, session continuity, preferences, and basic site behavior. Some pages may also cache UI state locally to improve performance and restore user context.

/ 05 · THIRD PARTIES

Some services are handled by vendors.

ChartHustle may rely on third-party infrastructure for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, email, chat integrations, and media delivery. Those providers may process limited data on our behalf in order to operate the product.

/ 06 · RETENTION

We retain data only as needed.

We keep account, archive, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or preserve product history. Some materials such as public archive records may remain part of the permanent platform history.

/ 07 · YOUR REQUESTS

Access, correction, deletion.

If you want to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact support@charthustle.com. We will review requests in line with applicable law and our operational obligations.
